Is the support pre-recorded or live?
The 4 cleanse coaching sessions and 3 bonus sessions are recorded so you can listen in anytime during the day that is most convenient for your busy schedule. The community page is a place to ask any questions that may arise during the cleanse and receive feedback and support.
Do you have optional payment plans?
Payment plans may be arranged, contact Nancy@inbodywisdom.com directly to discuss. Once you receive the support materials on Day one of “Prepare Phase” your are committed, and there are no refunds or transfers after that.
When do I get the Mindful Meals Manual and other information to get me started?
The newly revised program will be released on Jan 4th, 2017. Starting then, upon registration you will receive a detailed email with all the information you need to get started. You can review the Mindful Meals Group cleanse support materials and begin the 5-day “Prep Phase” to pave the way for a smooth and successful cleanse.
Is this a cleanse where I starve myself or count calories?
There is no strict fasting in the Mindful Meals Cleanse. Within the context of the cleanse-approved foods you can eat as much as you like. There is no calorie counting or weighing of food required.
There are the options for the deep cleanse phases, which can be more focused on smoothies, juices and broths, but these phases are entirely optional and not required in order to get healthful results.
Is this a shake or supplement-based cleanse?
This is a whole foods-based cleanse and has no specific products associated with it. There are optional support supplements offered that may be recommended for specific symptoms or desired results.
